Yes, we have a month free trial.

Anywhere, anytime. However, we don’t recommend watching it at work or at funerals.

You can view Planet Eat directly on www.planeteat.com or on Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire devices.

You can also watch Planet Eat on iOS or Android applications, or on any smart device via the internet.

Is there a limit to how many videos I can watch?

Absolutely not. Go nuts.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We’d hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so on your account page.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with one month notice.

Annual subscriptions can only be cancelled at the end of the 12 month subscription period.

However, you’re welcome to re-activate your subscription at any time.

The website does not recognise my membership details, who do I contact?

Please use the contact us form and someone will get back to you soonest.

How long does my membership last?

Membership subscriptions are either monthly or annual i.e. 1 month or 1 year.

I have been double charged, what shall I do?

Please fill out the contact us form and we will investigate. If there has been a double charge, you will be refunded as soon as possible.

Do you screen subtitled shows?

It is not our current policy to create subtitles for all programming. However, some titles do have closed captions (CC).

I can't sign in to Planet Eat

If you are unable to sign in to your Planet Eat account, please email; support@planeteat.com and we will look to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you've forgotten your password, please press the “forgotten password” key to reset it.

About Free Trials

Planet Eat offers a free month of service* for eligible customers. Sign up for instant access to the entire Planet Eat catalogue of TV shows.

Why do I need a payment method to start a free trial?

We ask for a payment method to ensure you don't have any interruption in service after the free trial. We do this by sending an authorisation request to your bank to verify that your payment method works. These requests are not charges, but in some cases they may temporarily affect your available account balance. You will not be charged if you do not continue our service.

Planet Eat Billing and Payments

Planet Eat is a prepaid subscription service that allows you to watch unlimited TV shows and movies on all of your devices, from laptops to TVs, phones, and tablets.

Planet Eat members are automatically charged monthly on the date they signed up.

Why isn't Planet Eat working?

If Planet Eat isn't working, you may be experiencing a network connectivity issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your Planet Eat app or account. If you’ve had no luck after restarting your device, Wifi router or set top box, email us at support@planeteat.com and we will look into this further.
